What Yarbee Is

Yarbee is a platform that allows users to post and discover yard sales in their local area. We connect sellers with buyers — we are not a marketplace and do not facilitate transactions, payments, or deliveries between users.

Your Account

You must sign in with a Google account to use Yarbee. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be 13 years or older to use Yarbee.

Posting a Sale

When you post a sale on Yarbee, you agree to:

• Post only legitimate yard sales that you are personally hosting
• Provide accurate dates, times, and location information
• Only post sales at addresses you have permission to use
• Not post the same sale multiple times to game the system
• Remove or allow expiration of your sale when it ends

Prohibited Content

You may not post sales that include:

• Illegal items or controlled substances
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Adult content
• Misleading or fraudulent listings
• Spam or duplicate listings

Yarbee reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms at any time.

Reporting and Moderation

Users can report listings that violate these terms. Listings that receive multiple reports may be automatically hidden pending review. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Free and Premium Tiers

Yarbee offers a free tier with limited posting and save slots, supported by advertising. A Premium subscription removes ads and increases limits. Subscription pricing and features are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and descriptions you post. By posting content on Yarbee, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the app and on our website for the purpose of operating the service.

Disclaimer

Yarbee is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of any sale listing posted by users. We are not responsible for interactions between buyers and sellers, the condition of items sold, or any disputes that arise from yard sales found through our platform.

Use common sense and standard safety practices when visiting yard sales you discover through Yarbee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yarbee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any transactions conducted through sales listed on our platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Yarbee after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
